How does the AI photo enhancement work?
Upload up to 50 listing photos at once. Our AI analyzes each image and applies exposure balancing, color correction, sky replacement where relevant, HDR merging, sharpening, and noise reduction — all tuned for real estate photography. Every image is processed and validated one after another.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new account gets 5 free image credits with no credit card required. You'll see exactly how the AI transforms your photos before deciding on a paid plan.
Which file formats do you support?
We accept JPG, PNG, WebP, and HEIC uploads. Downloads are delivered as high-resolution JPGs suitable for MLS, portals, print brochures, and social media.
What happens if a photo fails to process?
We automatically retry up to 3 times before charging your credit. If it still fails, no credit is deducted — you never pay for a failed image.
Can I use the images commercially?
Yes. You own every enhanced image and can use them for MLS listings, marketing, print, social, and any other commercial purpose.
How long does batch processing take?
Most batches of 20-50 images finish in 2-5 minutes depending on load. You can leave the browser and come back — jobs continue in the background.
Do you offer virtual staging?
Not yet. Our current focus is fast, reliable enhancement of photos you already have. Virtual staging is on the roadmap.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel from your dashboard at any time — no phone calls, no retention offers. You keep access through the end of your billing period.
Is my data private?
Yes. Photos are processed privately and are never used to train other models or shown to anyone outside your account.
Do you offer team accounts?
Every paid plan supports login from as many devices as you need. Larger agencies can contact us for team billing.
